Friday Fun

Fridays are pretty great in and of themselves, but add in some pictures of Juno? Blammo! Instant Party.
Mommy's update: "She is inching up on 11 months old, has 6 teeth and is getting ready to walk all by herself."
Rockin' the tousled bedhead look in her favorite jammies.

Is she doing the "L" for Loser? We'll say it's for "Love" and call it good.

Loving how you can almost see a little glimpse of the little girl she is becoming. Look at that smile! What a charmer.

Juno loves the balls. Heh.

Bon Voyage!

Juno, Mommy and Daddy are flying to the East Coast tomorrow for Auntie Calies' wedding (Hooray!) and to visit some of Daddy's relatives. Ten bucks says she has them charmed in a matter of seconds.

Like any reasonable lady, Juno tried on the dresses Mommy bought for the big trip. It's important to have options!

A lovely spring frock. Note the cute little teeth in her smile now!

In the pink and white number Auntie Christen would like in her size. Love the bows!

Back in her everyday loungewear, Juno enjoys a snack. Um, Shnoo? You have a little something on your face.

Have a safe trip, take lots of pictures and HAVE FUN!

Shopping, Dining, Chilling, and Generally Being Fantastic

Juno brought Mommy up to visit the family in Menlo Park...so Auntie hopped in her truck and jetted down to meet up with them for the day! So worth it.

Get ready to shop, Juno! We need to get you something suitably sassy for Auntie Calies' big day!

Yes, THIS will do just beautifully!

And this was BEFORE cocktail hour. Crazy girl!

Mommy and Auntie enjoying a drink before dinner. Juno was...I don't know? Somewhere on the floor or something. Don't call CPS, OK?

Papa Russ, Papa and Mommy bask in the glow of the Shnoo.

This family is ridiculously attractive. Here with Nana, Mommy, Cousin Peter and Aunt Sue.

Getting ready for bed...

Her expression here just kills me.

Nighty-night, Juno! It was so hard to say goodbye to my girls, but I am grateful we have been able to see each other regularly. Come back and visit soon!

Before Juno...

There was Lili and Nick. They loved each other so much they decided to get married.

Lots of family and friends gathered on the beach to see the happy couple on their special day.

The beautiful bride's Daddy walked her down the aisle...

The wedding party was SO EXCITED that they couldn't stand still!

There was beautiful music...

And impressive dance moves.

And at the end of the day, there was a very happy couple with equally happy families and friends...all excited for the day we would see them become parents. A beautiful beginning to a beautiful family!

Woefully Behind

Many apologies for falling behind in pictures and updates. According to an email from Mommy:
"Here are some more pictures of Miss Juno, who has sprouted two teeth, mastered the art of crawling and is starting to practice standing, all in the past 3 weeks."

Funny face from a funny girl! Dig the maryjane socks.

On the move, all the time!

What the WHAT? Is she standing? Already? Yes, yes she is. Please note the guilty expression and tousled hair. I'm betting she got into something before Mommy found her.

And the Christmas Hits Keep On Comin'!

A couple more shots of Juno enjoying the holidays.

"What? All those presents are for ME?!"

"Oh Daddy! Isn't it exciting? Santa was here!"

Happy New Year!

Juno, Mommy, Daddy and the entire family wish you a Happy New Year! Junebug managed to squeeze in some pretty serious milestones before the close of 2008. Here's to a healthy, wonderful new year for the little lady and her loved ones!

Someone decided to cut her first two teeth (front row bottom) just in time for a trip to Papa's for Christmas? It was nice for Mommy and Daddy to have an answer to, "Why is Juno a little fussy and not sleeping well?" By the time Santa arrived the wee one was back to her usually bubbly self. Seemed like a good time to try her first rice cereal. I can't tell if she likes it in this photo, but the expression on her face is priceless.

Merry First Christmas, Juno! Daddy and Juno bundled up and enjoying a California winter.

Lucky Auntie Christen was able to see Juno and the fam - including Papa and Uncle Russ - and boogie down. She has good moves...must take after Mommy!
